Experience: Jui-Lan Lee, affectionately known as Juno, boasts over 30 years of extensive experience in stock brokerage and investment banking, with a distinct focus on the Asia-Pacific region and Greater China. Her deep-rooted expertise in the Taiwanese financial markets has established her as a prominent leader and trusted advisor in cross-border financial activities. With a proven track record of facilitating complex financial transactions and a commitment to delivering strategic insights, Juno plays an instrumental role in steering Sinoglobe Finance Ltd. towards success and innovation in financial consulting.

Senior Banker
Xiao Lu is an accomplished senior banker with over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, banking frameworks in the UK and China.
He has held senior roles at ICBC London, Frankfurt and Shanghai, where he launched innovative financial products, including the first dual-currency swap agreement, and played a key role in issuing the largest green bond on the London Stock Exchange, the founder in launching an international settlement business in branch.
Xiao has also been instrumental in developing risk policies in line with Basel II standards and driving significant revenue growth through new business development, syndication loans, and treasury management
With his extensive expertise, Xiao continues to bridge cross-border finance and investment between the UK and China, offering strategic insights and commercial solutions to clients globally.

Kim Tay
Senior asset manager
Kim Tay has been an investor for almost 20 years. She employs her experience by focusing on global companies where the understanding of local culture, management, supply chains and business links can enhance returns for investors.
She has previously worked in Asia and Europe for a number of hedge funds and investment banks.
She started her career as a management consultant before embarking on a career in investment banking and investment management.

MBA from London Business School specialising in Value Investing.
BA of Commerce (Actuarial Science) and a Bachelor of Science (Statistics, History/Philosophy of Science) from University of Melbourne, Australia
Martin Shenfield
Senior fund manager / global asset allocation
Martin has 36 years of broad international fund management experience managing various long-only institutional, mutual and absolute return and hedge funds as well as undertaking CIO & global asset allocation responsibilities.
Having worked in financial centres such as London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore, Martin has accumulated a deep knowledge of global macro analysis and asset allocation, complemented by fundamental stock-picking.

Lily Ho
Senior Institutional Equity Sales Specialist
Lily Ho was an institutional equity salesperson with 15 years of experience in emerging markets, focusing on Taiwan and Asia; especially Taiwanese semiconductor supply chain.She has strong relationships with European institutional investors and served as a bridge between Greater China companies and European investors. Previously, she was an Account Manager at Tong An Investment (TECO Group), where she handled pre-IPO deal sourcing, investment assessments, fund-raising, and post-investment management. Before joining Tong An, she worked as a Corporate Communication Manager at Vita Genomics, managing both investor and public relationships.
Lily holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and a B.A. in Advertising from National Chengchi University.

Simon Hsu Co-assigned by General Partner of iDSoftCapital Group, and used to be General Manager of Acer Communications Inc., Strategic Project Director, and Chief Investment Officer for Acer's New and Cloud business. Prior to Acer Group, as Managing Director of KG Venture for the semiconductor & IoT industry; Before that, as the manager of Strategic Investment Team & ODM Product Dept., Foxconn Technology Group, and involved in strategic projects such as semiconductor, vehicle, telecom, etc.; Educated at the National Chiao Tung University, New York University, and University of Cambridge with major in engineering and finance both.
